Do I need a First Aid Kit?
Yes, First Aid kits are a legal requirement and are an essential item within the workplace whether that be an office, building site, factory or in your work van. All employers whether they are a small, medium or large have a duty of care to anyone they employ as well as any visitors or sub contractors they may have onsite. Sufficient and well stocked first aid supplies must be provided within any workplace and they must meet the requirements for that specific workplace.
