Delivery

Your Delivery
We aim to deliver orders received before 3:00 PM to you NEXT WORKING DAY before 5:00 PM subject to product availability.

  • Orders received before 3:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday, unless a Saturday delivery option is selected at checkout.
  • Orders received after 3:00 PM noon on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Should there be any unreasonable delay on any product item ordered we may part ship or you will be notified of the delay.

Packaging and Handling

  • Orders £50 & over (including VAT) will be handled free.
  • Orders under £50 (including VAT) will be subject to £6.50 charge dependent on delivery method and location chosen.

Cost of Deliveries
We deliver FREE next working day to mainland England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands. The Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland are considered premium rate delivery areas and we make a small charge for delivery. For areas outside the UK please email us for the delivery charge.

Other charges:

  • For premium rate delivery areas there is an additional charge – see below for details
  • For before 12 Noon deliveries on weekdays please add £8.50
  • For before 10 am deliveries on weekdays please add £15.50

We regret that timed deliveries are not available for Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland BT18+.

Premium Rate Delivery Areas

  • Scottish Highlands are IV1-40, IV52-54, AB37-38, AB51-56, FK20-21, KW1-14, KW21-39, PH15-41 – Delivery Charge: £8.50.
  • Scottish Islands are HS1-9, IV41-49, IV51, IV55-56, KA26-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA40-49, PA60, PA78, PH42-44, ZE (delivery subject to ferry schedules and weather) – Delivery Charge: £25.00.
  • Northern Ireland BT1-17 – Delivery Charge: £12.00.
  • Northern Ireland BT18+ – Delivery Charge: £14.00.

Please allow 2/3 days for delivery to these areas. For areas outside the UK please email us for the delivery charge.

Proof of Delivery
Proof of delivery (POD) by way of a signature will be required upon delivery. Please notify us within 10 days of placing an order if it has not been received.

Cancellation
An order may be cancelled in writing; by post or e-mail providing the order has not already been despatched to you.

Damaged Goods
If your goods are received damaged, deemed faulty or not as you ordered please advise us within 3 days and return the goods within 21 days by our HVP Supplies nominated carrier at our cost. We will replace or repair any defective or incorrectly delivered goods at our cost, or refund the price paid in full within 30 days.

Returns Policy
You may return an item(s) ordered providing you advise us in writing within 5 days. The goods must then be returned at your cost within 21 days in the same packaging and condition as originally dispatched. Liability and risk for the goods in transit will be your responsibility. A refund for the full price paid, less any packaging, handling, delivery and insurance charges applied will then be issued within 30 days.
